The primary responsibilities for this role include coordinating transportation, responding to customer inquiries, referring clients to the proper channels, making special shipping arrangements as needed, and providing resolutions for daily exceptions.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal skills, and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be fluent with basic software applications, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:
- Two years of relevant experience
- Data Entry with outstanding accuracy
- Steady work history with a concentration in logistics, transportation, and/or customer service
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel
- Experience with chemicals or hazardous materials a plus
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
