Responsibilities for Manager in Training

  • Learn day-to-day operations and roles of each position
  • Ensure compliance to organizational standards and process, including safety standards
  • Monitor and provide feedback to staff to effect improvements in organizational goals
  • Train in every role with-in our company to include logistics, admin, sales, and plant operations
  • Assist managers and other staff with procurement of necessary materials and equipment
  • The position will require a strong performer with a high level of dedication and focus on results.
  • Have the ability to maintain attention to detail while performing multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment.
  • Develops personal growth opportunities
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications for Manager in Training

  • 1-5 years of experience in the industry or in previous management positions
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of effective management
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to positively interact with staff
  • Comfort using common computer operating systems and tools, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

Work Location: One location During Training Period with Relocation ability across any of our U.S. Branches in the future.

Pay: $49,592.00 - $54,794.00 per year
