Overview:
The job of the marketing manager is to develop and execute the plans and strategies of the creative marketing team. Day to day, (s)he may create promotional strategy, analyze marketing trends and track results, expand organization reach, create and edit copy and content, and support marketing department activities.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across channels
- Introduce marketing initiatives with goals and plan of action to increase department KPI’s
- Support the development of collateral and campaign across all platforms
- Develop social media plans and strategy, execute content schedule
- Collaborate to develop interior of website in line with marketing agenda
- Leverage existing and integrated technology platforms to deliver digital marketing activities and analytics
- Implementation, execution and tracking of marketing calendar activities
- Mentor, hire, train, and manage performance of supporting marketing team members
- Support additional marketing projects and efforts as requested
- Represent the company at events at VP-Marketing’s discretion
