Your Role
Are you a skilled marketer with a passion for creating effective marketing campaigns? We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help us develop and execute marketing activities aimed at generating marketing qualified leads for our diverse range of global and local services. In this role, you will collaborate with our partners to enhance our marketing strategy and analyze campaign and lead performance at the local level. Your objective will be to attract potential customers and generate high-quality leads that meet our defined criteria for marketing qualified leads. You will work closely with our Global Marketing Manager and play a critical role in our overall marketing efforts. - Follow the goals of the Global Marketing Plan and local requirements, develop local marketing strategies and lead generation Indicators
- Improve messaging and platforms defined for global services to the needs of the assigned markets and collaborate with other local Marketing Specialist responsible for the same Service Portfolio in other markets
- Research assigned markets, personas and customer segments for the digital placement of the Service Portfolio and respective messaging
- Identify on-brand content and campaigns to deliver unique and differentiating messaging in collaboration with the assigned Center of Excellence
- Manage participation at local tradeshows related to the Scope of Services
- Monitor Indicator performance of local marketing activities in close collaboration with the Analytics expert in the assigned Center of Excellence and adjust campaigns
- Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign performance to respective national BU or Functional Units and set-up regular exchanges for further explanations and updates on business developments
Your Skills and Experiences
- Marketing, communications area Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of Project Management Experience
- 2+ years of International Experience
- 2+ years of Digital and traditional marketing Experience
- Fluent English

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
