St. Croix Health is seeking expereienced laboratory professionals to join our team at our hospital in St. Croix Falls as well as supporting our five community clinics in Western Wisconsin and Minnesota!

We currently have openings for Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) and Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS).

We offer sign on bonuses, shift and weekend pay differentials, competitive wages and benefits, and tuition reimbursement. We are seeking team members for day and evening shifts, including an every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation (in the hospital setting).

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a laboratory that offers an extensive test menu utilizing a variety of platforms to perform over 1 million tests per year. The laboratory fulfills the St. Croix Health Mission to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives by providing precise and accurate collection and testing. Through collaboration with our care teams, we provide complete care to improve patient outcomes for all patients throughout the St. Croix Health System. We are dedicated to make continuous improvements which provides opportunities to develop individual skills to better prepare you for the next step if desired.

Requirements vary by position, but may include:

Education & Licensure:

• Current MT/CLS/MLS (ASCP) certification or equivalent or obtained within one year of employment
• Bachelor’s degree or HEW, HSS, certified as a Medical Technologist or equivalent

OR

• Graduate of a school qualified in teaching Medical Laboratory Technicians
• Registered and/or certified MLT (ASCP), CLA (ASCP), RMT, AMT and/or NCA

Experience:

• 1- 2 years experience preferred
• Previous microbiology experience desired but not required
