Job Summary
Responds to inquiries over the phone and by email with a service-minded approach while helping members process financial transactions. Assists members by providing account information, processing mail and telephone transactions and requests, and providing service and rate information. Educates members on additional ways they can bank with the credit union, and redirects incoming calls or messages to the appropriate credit union representatives.
Requirements:Qualifications Required
A high school diploma or equivalent AND at least two years of financial institution experience, OR an Associate degree AND at least one year of financial institution experience.
