The following job ad is for a motivated individual who is great with people and has a passion for fitness with a gym background. It is important that the individual for this position has a positive, upbeat personality with great communication ability. We would love someone that has computer skills and be able to multitask, as the gym is vibrant and has a life of its own.

*This position comes with hourly pay and commission based on performance.*

This position also requires experience in fitness & sales. The individual must be in good physical condition. A profile picture must be submitted in order to interview for this position and this position requires great organizational skills and sales skills.

The ideal candidate for this position must have the following criteria :

• Skilled in managing customer interactions as they will be asked to handle front desk duties and mastering our Point of Sale system.
• Must be able to write and speak clearly while problem-solving and finding simple solutions to customer requests is key!
• Being able to answer the phone is a professional manner.
• Experience in sales is highly valued and is key.
• Highly organized individual.
• Loves working and connecting with people.
• Being open to learning and adapting quickly. This also means opportunities to grow with us in the future.
• A positive upbeat personality.
• Effective ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and managers.
