Location: Worcester, MA
Norcom Mortgage is seeking a Branch Manager to join our Retail Lending team in Worcester, MA. This position requires the individual to work independently and in a team environment. In addition, the person must present themselves in a consistently professional manner, and should model the values of Norcom.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Recruit Loan Officers to join the Norcom Mortgage Branch Team
· Support their team of Loan Officers with regards to production and pipeline management
· Assist in developing and managing team production goals
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
· Excellent sales management skills
· Detail oriented with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong client service and analytical skills
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
· 3-5 years mortgage industry sales and/or leadership experience
· Bachelor’s degree a plus
· Currently active NMLS MLO License
