Falmouth Schools is seeking qualified candidates for our night maintenance/custodial supervisor position. This position is responsible for oversight of maintenence and night custodial staff for the Falmouth Schools campus (three schools, central office, grounds).

Qualifications:
The successful candidate should be skilled in building maintenance functions in addition to personnel management experience. Carpentry and other maintenance skills a plus. Must have, or be eligible for, Maine CHRC (fingerprinting) certification and pass a district-run background check.

Pay and Benefits:
Position is full-time, full year with pay commensurate with experience (scale), and includes a $2.00 per hour foreman stipend and a 10% night-shift differential. Range from $21.77 to $26.10. Hours are 3:30 p.m. to midnight. A generous and comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% district-paid single Anthem Health and Delta Dental coverage, life, personal/vacation/sick leave, and a matching District contribution to retirement (up to 7%).
