Responsibilities:

* Maintain & update clients insurance data- responsible for accuracy of information.

* Process changes with various companies through their systems along with follow-up.

* Office functions require phone skills, filing, invoicing and other areas. Organized individual.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of college and/or 3 years recent office experience

* Resume must include work experience with dates, education and any advanced certifications.

* Proficient computer skills - MS Office including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

* Must live within 10 miles of Huntington Village , NY

* 3 business references required prior to hiring.

* Availability Monday-Friday up to 25 hours/week. This is a part time position only.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
