National Property Management Associates Inc. is seeking an Office Clerk for our Cash Management and Accounts payables teams. This position will perform data entry on a daily basis while providing support to the Finance Department, and managing the Accounts Payable help desk. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is comfortable in a team environment and willing to provide help and support as needed.

What you will do:

  • Daily, Review & Process all Vendor Help Desk Tickets
  • Daily, maintain the accounts payable function for a portfolio of 5–10 properties
  • Daily, retrieve and send office building’s mail
  • Prepare the weekly list for restocking of Office and Kitchen supplies,while maintaining organization of supplies.
  • Monthly, compile a summary of balances held in Lender Escrow accounts
  • Monthly, compile the Utility Gas Contract Schedules
  • Monthly, pull and reconcile PC Cards, for all properties
  • Monthly, enter and process (3) Corporate credit card statements into the accounting software
  • Monthly, enter all Mortgages into accounting software
  • Monthly, research and address stale dated checks brought forth by the accounting department.
  • Quarterly, assist Controller & Accounts Payable Manager with Lender’s Reserve submission packaets
  • Assist with setting up new User Accounts, for Lowes and Home Depot vendor accounts
  • Assist with projects or overflow, general clerical responsibilities
  • Prepare checks for mailing
  • Prepare all Finance Dept Mailing needs (USPS, UPS, etc)

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Must have a high school diploma. Need to be able to multitask daily activities. Mid-level computer skills required with strong emphasis on Microsoft Office. Some payables and general accounting knowledge and/or experience, is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
