We are looking to hire extraordinary people to join our team as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator in the Charleston/Hurricane/Huntington area.

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Sales background, dental or orthodontic experience a plus, but not required. We provide onsite training to all employees.

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for someone who shares the passion, vision and values of our practice. A positive, high energy, dependable, marketing and referral minded, articulate and focused individual in pursuit of a career in orthodontics, who enjoys working within a team and desires a positive upbeat work environment. An individual with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and doctor needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):

Speaking with patients and parents about orthodontic treatment

Informing patients of who we are, what we do and what we stand for

Making financial arrangements to make orthodontics affordable to the families in our area

Administrative duties include the following:

Tracking statistics

Managing a fast-paced patient schedule

Follow up phone calls, texts and emails

Patient mail outs

You will be working alongside a group of hard-working professionals and Orthodontists! You will be given the one-on-one training you need to be successful in your role.
