Part-Time Apartment Community Manager Job at Harvest Property Management
Looking for a motivated individual to manage the operations of a 40 unit apartment complex in Excelsior Springs, MO.
Hours are as follows:
- Monday: 9am - 2pm
- Wednesday: 12:30pm to 5:30pm
- Friday: 9am - 2pm
Duties include:
- Collecting rent payments
- Marketing and Leasing apartments
- Facilitating work orders
- Directing Maintenance staff
- Communicating regularly with Operations Office
- Tenant correspondence
