Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

We are currently seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our team. We provide a wide array of services to seniors and others including nursing, physical therapy, medical, social work, personal and homemaker services. The PCA is responsible for assisting in care to the clients in his/her assigned area. This position is in Chagrin Falls and will require a reliable form of transportation.

Essential Qualifications: :
- Must have a High School/GED diploma
- Must have the communication skills necessary to work with residents, families, and colleagues as a team member.
- Must demonstrate sensitivity to, empathy for, and an interest in the elderly and those with cognitive impairments.
- Must be physically able to bend, push, lift, stand extensively, and perform assigned responsibilities.
- Must assist with personal care for all residents
- Must be self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Must be Professional, Patient, Caring, Energetic with great attendance history
- Must have reliable transportation to Chagrin Falls, OH
