We are a physician-owned practice looking for a highly motivated physician to care for our large patient population. Pain Management of Oklahoma has 6 locations and 7 providers across the state of Oklahoma and specializes in interventional pain management in addition to providing safe, responsible, medication management. Our ideal candidate will function well in an independent environment with full administrative support in a well-established specialty practice. This person will be dedicated to providing the highest level of service to patients and demonstrating such qualities as professionalism and compassion. You will utilize your medical knowledge, skills and communication abilities to administer patient care and work well with the rest of our team. Job Summary:

We are searching for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physcian to assist with conducting routine established visits and new patient evaluations. This is a position that offers an 8 am to 5 pm work day with paid holidays, great benefits, no hospital work, and light telephone call.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care for patients with acute, chronic, and/or post-surgical pain.
  • Implement pharmacological and non-pharmacological pain management techniques.
  • Understand the pathophysiology of chronic and acute pain.
  • Integrate pharmacological treatments into treatment plans to manage a patient's pain.
  • Make internal referrals for non-pharmacological pain management treatments.
  • Utilize valid and reliable measures to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • Assess patient quality of life, as well as identify associated psychosocial factors that may affect the course of pain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
