Police Officer Job at Lake Royale Company Police
The Lake Royale Company Police is currently hiring for a Police Officer position. Lake Royale is located in Franklin County NC, and is one of the most unique Company Police Agencies in NC. We patrol approximately 8 square miles of land and water, including beautiful Lake Royale and The River Golf Club. We have a population of about 5,000 residents full time, and nearly doubles in the Summer. We are a proactive, community oriented Police Department, focusing on Community Interactions, and Proactive Police Work. Excellent training opportunities, and state of the art equipment and patrol vehicles. We are responsible for the safety of our residents and guests, both on the land and water. We have full jurisdiction on both, and have full Chapter 20 authority on all roadways within Lake Royale. Officers patrol in trucks for land and a patrol boat for Lake patrol.
An ideal candidate will come with previous Law Enforcement experience with experience in Traffic Enforcement, DWI Investigations, Criminal Investigations, and Patrol Experience.
Salary is DOQ, based off current Certifications and experince. Beginning salary is $43,500 with no experience until completion of probation (6 Months), then increases to $45,500. Intermediate Certification Starts at $48,500, Advanced Certification $50,590
