Summary:
Removes Trash. Performs window, wall, & carpet cleaning. Operates & provides basic maintenance of battery, electrical, and propane powered floor and surface equipment. Cleans and moves equipment and furniture.
Formal Education Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience & Training Required:
- Experience desirable, but not required.
- Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
- Must maintain confidentiality
- Must be cooperative
- Must have knowledge of good housekeeping practices.
- Must be able to adjust to changes and be able to follow instructions, oral and written.
- Must be alert and have knowledge of equipment and proper use of supplies
- Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.
Level of Physical Demands :
- Must stand, walk, stoop, reach, climb safety ladders. Good habits of personal hygiene. Must be able to lift heavy objects or maneuver various equipment or furniture.
