ProVest LLC is looking for A Private Process Server/Process server agency to handle civil process service in Sumter County (must be able to service all counties listed) - must live in or currently process serve within 45 miles of the mentioned counties.

Best Practice service parameters for South Carolina (expectation per client/company)

During the three attempts you should come to the conclusion as to whether or not the address is good for the defendant. A non-serve of “parameters met” is not an acceptable conclusion to service attempts.

No less than 3 attempts

• (1) Morning attempt
• (1) Mid-day attempt
• (1) Evening attempt

(1) One of the above should be a weekend attempt. No Sunday attempts when a defendant is “going to/coming from” church.

Ø Attempt Property address within 24 hours of receiving files

Ø Complete service within 5 days

Ø Some clients request that we follow FDCPA restrictions when attempting to locate and serve defendants. They only allow attempts during the hours of 8am-9pm. They do not allow contact with a defendant other than the actual service attempt. (Examples – no phone calls or discussions with neighbors.)

• Must utilize PSO Mobile app for all service
• Able to respond to emails/calls within 24 hours for operational communication when needed
• Scan in affidavits timely (paid based on affidavits returned) to designated email address provided.

Weekly pay

• 60.00 per address on completed files with returned affidavits
• Paid weekly on Wednesday through direct deposit
• All affidavits must be scanned in by Friday
