Job Summary
Courier/Office Assistant will be responsible for picking up and delivering documents and deposits between clinical facilities and the corporate office. Pick-ups are to be done a minimum of 4 days/week. A company vehicle will be used when available: mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle will be calculated at current IRS regulatory rate.

Skills/Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or GED preferred.
- Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) required.
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Level 1 Fingerprint Card (Women’s and Children’s programs and any additional facility required to implement this requirement. This can vary based on program requirements.)
