Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor in a non-union high-speed manufacturing facility in Chicago, IL.

SHIFT:
Various shifts 1st 2nd or 3rd-(2nd or 3rd preferred)

LOCATION: Berwyn/Cicero Area
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and training to accomplish all production goals
- oversee and develop a team of 25-50+ employees on shift
- Prepare and review employees' hours for payroll and ensure accuracy
- Be the first point of contact for operators regarding mechanical problems and perform preventative maintenance as needed.
- Communicate and work with other team members to control and improve the manufacturing process
- Oversee the KPIs and monitor shift performance and establish any deficiencies
- Packaging Manufacturing Experience is a plus
- Bachelor?s Degree Preferred
- High-speed manufacturing experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- 3+ years of Production Supervision experience
- Overseen a team of 20+ employees
- Six Sigma Green Belt Preferred
