Job Profile Summary:

CAI is hiring! We are in immediate need of a Project Manager. This is a 3+ month contract with the possibility of extension and/or hire. This a remote role, with some onsite in Whippany, NJ required (2 days/month).

Due to our end client, candidates must be eligible to work in the US without a need of sponsorship now or in the future.

The Project Manager will be responsible for general program manager and must be well versed in working with clients. Candidates must have experience with Data Feeds/working with website projects/update.

Program Management at is the Frontline Support for clients to their support programs. Decisions on changes to existing programs, executing ramp ups and go live of new programs, identifying areas for improvements, resolving unforeseen challenges and ultimately assuring that the patient experience is as positive as possible.

To accomplish this, the Director of Program Management will develop the strategy and budgets for larger more complex program accounts and brands to ensure quality implementation, ongoing management of program terms & conditions as well high levels of customer satisfaction. These implementation processes include analyzing customer business operations while offering best practices that are compatible with our client’s solution. Interfacing with other functional areas such as claims, adjudication (internal and external) finance and commercialization is vital.

Serve as the primary liaison with customers during implementation process. Ensures client deliverables are met in timely and quality manner. Monitor budget and revenue expectations on an ongoing basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects of the implementation of programs including estimating resource needs, resource management/scheduling, customer issue tracking, technical problem resolution, and development of specifications and management of project communications.

· Coordinate activities and communicate status among various stakeholders – client, client vendors, and resources.

· Build customer confidence and establish an ongoing long-term partnership with the client/brand’s management team and manage client expectations.

· Ongoing and regular customer contact and support to ensure complete customer satisfaction by adhering to SOP’s, business practices and performance metrics.

· Resolve client questions/issues on a day-to-day basis.

· Report project progress, including deliverables, significant milestones, risks and mitigation strategies, to both customers and the management team.

· Optimizing the implementation process for future projects/programs.

· Assist with development and modification of documentation as needed and create client report templates.

· Monitors Invoicing in to ensure timeliness of process.

· Develop ad hoc reports or develop specifications for developer for client ad hoc reports as well as Quality review and distribution of client reports.

· Identify new business opportunities with clients and coordinate with the sales/business development team.

Qualifications:

Experience/Education Required:

· At least 5-10 years of experience in managing a budget, client/account reviews, performance metrics.

· Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and ACCESS.

· Superior written and verbal communication skills.

· Detail-oriented, process oriented and controls oriented.

· Bachelor’s degree desired; business, management information systems, marketing or communications required.

Skills Required:

· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

· Ability to work within an Agile team environment

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
