We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Development and IT Project Manager to direct and oversee the development of software projects and IT initiatives. The selected applicant will be responsible for organizing and supervising the work of software developers, IT specialists, and other team members to ensure projects are finished on time, within budget, and to our clients' satisfaction.
This role is a hybrid role requiring to work three days in our Headquarter office and two days from home.
Principal Responsibility:
- Create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for software development and IT initiatives.
- Manage and direct the efforts of software developers, IT specialists, and other team members.
- Inform stakeholders, including clients and higher management, on the status and progression of the project.
- Identify and reduce project risks, and address problems as they develop.
- Ensure projects are finished on schedule, within budget, and to the clients' satisfaction.
- Manage customer connections and guarantee client satisfaction with project results.
- Keep abreast on market trends and emerging technology pertinent to software development and the IT sector.
- Identify and fix any technical issues in conjunction with the development and IT teams
- Monitor and enhance the project management process continuously.
- Merging technologies pertinent to the software development sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven expertise as a software development and IT project manager
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management tools and processes.
- Excellent familiarity with software development best practices and industry trends.
- Management of IT infrastructure and technical troubleshooting expertise.
- Capability to operate effectively under pressure and manage numerous tasks concurrently. Strong attention to detail and strategic thinking.
- Solid interpersonal and client service abilities.
