Colebrook Realty Services, Inc., Springfield, MA's premier commercial real estate management company, is seeking a Property Manager who is experienced in all aspects of commercial property management, including preparation of annual operating budget, monthly reporting, maintain property/building systems, understanding/knowledge of utilities, knowledge of leases, collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, managing accounting issues, oversee regulatory compliance, oversee payment of real estate taxes and apply for abatements, secure property with alarms and monitoring, manage vendors, oversee/review daily work orders and maintenance reports, requires strong owner/tenant communication, problem solve, excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task. Five or more years experience desirable.

Requires a valid driver's license, an insured vehicle and the ability to travel (between properties, on-call emergencies, training, etc.).
