Qualifications: Position available for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of dedicated therapists. This is an employee position.

Must have at least 6-months experience working in the ABA field with individuals with disabilities.

* Only candidates with an active RBT certification accepted. *

* RBT must fluently speak English and write in English. *

* Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or studying a health-related field preferred (e.g. psychology, occupational or speech therapy, special education, behavior analysis).*

Integrative Methods has been providing behavior analysis services to individuals with disabilities since 2010 in addition to occupational therapy services and educational support services. IM is a small private practice offering high quality of care and dedicated attention to all of our clients. We work with individuals with varying disabilities, including Autism, Down Syndrome, Angelman Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and other genetic and/or neurological disorders.

Location: Miami-Dade County

Responsibilities include:

• Provide ABA services to children, teenagers, and young adults by implementing skill acquisition (DTT, NET, precision teaching, AAC training) and behavior reduction plans following antecedent and responsive strategies

• Data collection and session note required at every session using our software program
• Collaborate with family, school staff, and other
• Willing to travel locally to school and homes
• Performs other duties as assigned related to their role
• Must fluently speak and write in English. Being multilingual is a plus
• Excellent communication skills via e-mail and over the phone

IM is not center-based, but instead provides therapy services in the client’s natural environment, i.e. their home, school, or other community setting. Applicant must have transportation and be willing to drive to their client’s varying locations. Driving is kept within an agreeable distance.
