Louis Vuitton has an opening for a Regional Director of Client Relations – West Coast based out of our Los Angeles, California regional office. You will lead the overall Client Relations and VIC strategy for the West Coast region. As an experienced leader, you will guide our region’s Stores and Client Relations team to build exceptional client experiences, increase client loyalty through deepened relationships, and support growth through sales of our rare and exceptional categories. You will be the regional expert in Client Relations and VIC engagement, ensuring activations and events are implemented with the highest quality to delight and attract top clients. You will work in partnership with the Regional Vice President, Director of Client Development, and additional functional partners to promote alignment and activation of initiatives with the Stores.
PROFIL
We are eager to speak to Client Relations professionals within luxury experience or adjacent to luxury retail that can take an active role in the development of Store Management and Client Relations leaders across all Client Relations competencies. You are analytical, savvy in assessing performance and identifying opportunities to elevate Client Relationships.
Top candidates will have experience balancing strategic activities across a region/zone in collaboration with multi-level partners to ensure Client Relations objectives are integrated into broader regional strategies and event concepts. We seek a skilled, solution-oriented people leader with a passion for luxury events and high-end entertainment, in addition to possessing a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and global activations.
Regional Director of Client Relations overall responsibilities include:

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $165,000 - $180,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is based out of our Los Angeles, California regional office.
