  • The RN Director, Oncology will provide the strategic and tactical leadership for ambulatory oncology services with a team of 125+ FTE's across multiple campuses
  • Primary responsibilities include: strategic and visionary oversight of the ambulatory oncology service line, providing mentoring and coaching to your team, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality is provided to the community, ensuring policies and procedures are up to date, and building collaborative relationships across all levels

Nursing Director, Oncology Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master's degree required (Master's or Bachelor's degree must be in Nursing)
  • RN Active License
  • OCN certification is a plus
  • Able to provide visionary and strategic leadership for oncology nursing practices
  • At least three (3) years of Oncology leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting
  • At least five (5) years of Oncology related hospital based nursing experience
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • INSPIRATIONAL and COLLABORATIVE leadership style
