Job Description

Our office is starting up, and we are looking to hire the right individual to join an outstanding sales and customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, reaching out to leads in order to sell products, and answer any questions our clients may have. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service.

Great team attitude with willingness to learn and help others

Build rapport critical to establishing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and affinity to the AAA brand.

Process customer policy change requests.

Take premium payments from customers.

Obtain prospect information such as name, address, and vehicle information and enter quote sheets.

Schedule appointments to meet prospective customers.

Respond to customer inquiries and requests related to insurance and membership.

Collaborate with other office staff in cross-selling insurance products on behalf of Chandler Pizzi Insurance Agency LLC to The Auto Club Group's large membership base.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications to include, Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to navigate computer systems.

Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.

Successful Sales Assistants will possess effective communication skills, strong phone sales, prospecting skills, ambition, motivation, and drive!

Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

Sales experience is preferred but not needed.

Hold or be able to gain a Property and Casualty license and appropriate Life Sales License. (Life license is preferred but will train good individual.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
