**This position is seasonal, beginning immediately and ending September 30, 2023. Manager-Host must live locally or be able to live on-site in your own RV. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. This position requires 40 hours of work per week with 1 to 2 days off each week.**

The Wapato Lake Campground Manager-Host works for Manson Park & Recreation District, under the supervision of the Director. Job duties vary greatly, including customer service, reservations, light restroom cleaning, mowing, watering, campsite cleaning, litter pick-up, posting reservation plaques, responding to emails, and rule enforcement. Applicants must have 2+ years of customer service, possess computer and typing skills, have knowledge of basic campground utilities, and experience with cash handling. Applicants have a positive attitude and maintain exceptional rapport with guests and coworkers. Must be comfortable with conflict resolution, self-motivated, dependable, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision. Physical demands include the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and the ability to push/pull/lift up to 20lbs. Valid WA State Driver's License and First Aid/AED/CPR are required (can obtain First Aid/AED/CPR after hire). Must be authorized to work in the US and must pass a background check. Upon hire, applicants must sign a drug-free workplace agreement and abstain from vaping/smoking while on the job.
