Part-Time/Seasonal: $19.00/hour

SUMMARY

Premier Aquatics is currently hiring a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in our office here in Aliso Viejo and manage the hiring process for our remote Liberty Military locations. We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, reliable, good at communication, and has previous experience in talent acquisition or human resources. In this role, you will be supervised by the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager and assist with the interview and onboarding process for new and returning staff. As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will phone screen new applicants, assist with virtual and in-person interview, conduct new and returning staff orientations, and complete other office duties as assigned. This is a seasonal position and will last through the duration of our summer months.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Attend and assist with planning of job fairs in the Liberty Military contract areas
• Oversee full cycle recruitment process for the Liberty Military contracts
• Manage employee onboarding experience for new hires including documents, certification courses, and orientations
• Process Premier Aquatics seasonal rehires for the Liberty Military contracts
• Manage, set up, and conduct Employee Orientation as needed
• Confirm candidates obtain required certification for their position following completion of their certification course
• Process all military base passes for each contract
• Perform other related duties as assigned

PHYSICAL

• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job and to move or lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to move freely about the office or facility(ies) for the duration of the duration of the workday
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be willing to travel to all regional facilities as required, including:
  • Camp Pendleton, CA
  • Miramar, CA
  • 29 Palms, CA
  • Coleville, CA
  • Yuma, AZ

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• Have a high school diploma
• Reliable transportation and have a valid California Drivers License
• Ability to work independently, under limited supervision, and in a team
• Comfortable talking in front of and leading groups of people
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Candidate must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and have a willingness to interact with the public
• Good communication with a variety of demographics
• Ability to obtain a military base pass for base access

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field
• 1+ years of relevant experience in the Human Resources or Talent Acquisition industry
• Experience using ATS, Rippling preferred
• Experience using HRIS, Rippling preferred
