Napoli Pizzeria & Gelateria is a locally owned and operated small business located across from Weaver Street Market in downtown Carrboro and we are currently hiring a PM server to join our growing team.

We started our journey 7 years ago with a food truck with a wood-fired oven in the back. We recently completed the renovation of our full service restaurant with a small bar and dining room inside along with a covered patio outside. If you were to visit our space, you would see a mix of couples enjoying pizza with their dog at their feet, families tasting our house made gelato and groups of friends gathering to share our wood-fired antipasti with a glass of wine.

With us being a small restaurant, we have a small team. We believe in cross-training and helping each other out based on what is required at any given time. Experience is not necessary to apply as we are happy to teach all that is required. We only ask for a good attitude, a desire to learn and a passion for offering the best experience to our guests. We believe that working in this industry should be fun, rewarding and come with a good work-life balance. Our restaurant is only open 5 evenings a week to make sure we all get 2 full days off. All team members get a free pizza of their choice off the menu and a cup of gelato during each shift.

We have been Orange County Living Wage certified for the past 5 years. All of our disposables are compostable and we limit waste as much as possible. We plant trees to offset the wood we burn in our oven through our partner One Tree Planted. Everything we offer is made in house. We use the best ingredients we can source, either locally (organic whenever possible) or imported from Italy and cook them simply using our Italian wood-fired oven. Our gelato is made in small batches in house from scratch using local milk & cream from Homeland Creamery, organic sugar and no artificial ingredients.
