Service Coordinator Job at Midwest Dental Equipment and Supply
MWD has an opening for a full time Service Coordinator. We are looking for a friendly and organized individual with strong communication skills. This person will be responsible for customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating maintenance service calls, and organizing equipment installation.
Job Duties:
- Customer Service
- Organize, distribute, and verify the work of the service technicians
- Schedule service calls and installation appointments
- Order parts
- Inventory control
- Provide technical support
- Arrange for the return of defective equipment
- Serve as point of contact between client and service technicians
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of technical support
- Phone etiquette
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Organizational skills
- Efficient multitasking
- Basic Computer and typing skills
Pay & benefits:
- Starting pay: $15-$17 an hour
