Shipping Clerk Job at Summit Metals Corporation
- Reports to work on time with appropriate attire, (steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, and gloves).
- Operates equipment safely and uses safe work habits while performing his job function.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Loads materials onto the truck when required.
- Prepares parts/pallets for shipment.
- Prints documentation and ensures correct documentation and product is delivered to the customer.
- Close out of Job Routers to ensure that production schedules are up to date with the correct information.
- Reads prints and identifies products and process completions.
- Communicates with Operations manager pertaining to completed product that is coming out of Production that is ready to go to Shipping.
1. Qualifications:
o Must be able to understand drawings
o Must have strong organizational skills
o Must have strong computer skills
o Must be able to operate a forklift
o Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.
o Must be able to stand up to 90% of the day.
o Must be able to work in unheated or non-air conditioned areas.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
