Position Title: Client Care Center Showroom Coordinator

Position Description:

The Client Care Center Showroom Coordinator responds to customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming calls to Showroom:
    • Making appointments
    • Taking messages for Sales Team
  • Greeting Clients:
    • Welcome clients as they enter the showroom.
    • Professional attitude.
    • Answering any questions.
    • Directing clients to the appropriate Salesperson or location.
  • Become active participant in skills and knowledge enhancement with a growth mindset: by attending Schumacher University, brand webinars and trainings, staying abreast of current state of automotive industry standards and strategies.
  • Walking short distances repeatedly throughout the day to assist clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

  • Six (6) months experience as Client Care Center Scheduler.
  • A professional will the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • A professional with the ability to read comprehend written instructions and information.
  • A professional with the ability to work independently, multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent communicator to support relationships with all staff, clients, visitors.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic.
