As a Site Lead for a COVID Tester site, the employee will be responsible for the management of a single site in our organization. Primary deliverables will be always ensuring client satisfaction through the effective management and support of all positions and services on the site under your responsibility, ensuring a consistently high level of service to the client, ensuring sufficient staffing, supplies and communications to leadership teams. This role is responsible for ensuring that ground operations is executing the overall operational plan set by leadership. This is a meaningful role that requires a results-focused individual who can liaise with our greater operations and client success teams, to deliver high-quality service to Work Health Solutions’ clients.

Job Specific Duties:

Site Management and Coordination

1. Manage all operational aspects of assigned site. Act as site lead at assigned locations in the absence of a site lead.

2. Assist with organizing, preparing for and conducting individual / team staff meetings and training.

3. Proactively overseeing recruitment needs of assigned site.

4. Assist in managing projects and/or relationships at the direction of the Operations Manager.

5. Assisting with staff resource identification, development, and utilization, ensuring optimal site performance for all assigned site.

6. Provide direct supervision of staff, ensuring high quality patient care. Hold sites and staff accountable to established policies and procedures consistently ensuring a patient centric culture

7. Serve as key problem-solving resource for sites on local operational issues. Be solutions driven.

8. Weekly Reporting to management regarding operational issues and successes.

9. Other duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in team development strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and balance team / individual workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Must have proven management skills
  • MUST have a diploma from one of the following programs: Medical Assistant, CNA, EMT, LVN, Phlebotomy, or similar medical program.
