Social Media Marketing Manager (bilingual)
Our multi-specialty dental practice is searching for a creative and knowledgeable team member to fill the position of Social Media Marketing Manager. This is a full-time opportunity that will begin as soon as the right candidate has been identified.
Key qualities include:
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Assist with social media content creation and reporting
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Google etc.)
- Basic knowledge of file types, such as JPGs, PNGs, PSD, etc.
- Experience in managing paid ads such as PPC and Facebook
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Journalism or similar (preferred)
- >1 year work experience
- Spanish is a must
You will be managing and monitoring social campaigns and help spread brand awareness throughout the greater Dallas/Fort Worth community and target audience.
Job Duties include:
- Posting content daily/weekly
- Assisting with writing basic copy
- Plan and execute social media campaigns
- Manage projects from beginning to end while working across multiple offices
- Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
- Stay relevant on digital marketing and social trends
- Must be proactive, focused, and have great attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Graphic design / photography experience a plus
- Driving to different DFW office locations is required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure successful completion of daily and weekly tasks
