Subcontracts Administrator Job at Outside Unlimited
OUTSIDE UNLIMITED is a growing Landscape Services Management company. Due to our growth, we are currently searching for a Full-Time Subcontract Administrator. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining subcontractor files for subcontractors in multiple states
- Requesting initial, updated and renewed contract documents from subcontractors
- Maintain database of subcontractors and working spreadsheet of possible new subcontractors
- Screen new companies interested in becoming a subcontractor
- Maintaining positive relationships with all subcontractors
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (QuickBooks a plus)
- Experience with landscaping and snow removal contracts a huge plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with different deadlines
- 2+ years administrative experience required
