As a Superintendent for our Commercial Roofing Division you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects assigned by CMR meet customers' specifications, manufacturers; specifications and achieve building codes, superior quality and reliability levels.

MUST HAVE TILE EXPERIENCE

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Mitigate and minimize callbacks for problems or repairs on completed work
• Proactively work to ensure that water intrusion events on work in progress or completed do not occur
• Communicates any issues that may impair quality or safety to the Project Manager and the CEO
• Prepare all necessary reports as required by Company Policy
• Provide feedback to workers and subcontractors on how to correct deficiencies and prevent their reoccurrence
• Ensure compliance with jobsite safety plans and Company Safety Procedures
• Assist in resolving customer service related issues
• Other tasks as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Minimum 5 years Commercial Roofing experience with tile
• Expert knowledge of proper methods to apply various types of roofing systems, including but not limited to, slate, tile, shakes, metal, panels, and shingles
• 2-3 years of management/supervisory experience
• Ability to prioritize ad multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication both written and verbal skills required
• Must have the ability to teach and train others effectively and efficiently
• Strong software and hardware skills that enables the usage of Company Project Management systems required
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's licenses and a clean driving record during the duration of employment (Driving record must be clean based on the Company's Insurer's standards)
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background and motor vehicle record check
• Willing to travel up to 80% of the time to various locations where assigned projects are found

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have the physical strength to safely lift and move items that may weight up to 100 pounds
• Be able to stand, walk, kneel, or crouch for extended periods
• Able to climb an standard ladder or scaffolding
• Able to work in hot climates
