Responsibilities
The Team Lead encompasses all duties relating to providing exemplary customer service at Riverview Health.
Greet customers
Lead baristas and assist in ordering, HACCP compliance, and other day to day operations.
Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, blended fruit drinks.
Prepares and sells food items.
Arrange and stock coffee shop supplies.
Perform register duties and cash handling
