Role Summary

In the role of Team Lead you will assist in the implementation of Raindrop Car Wash’s Customer Commitment at the site you manage. You will be responsible for scheduling your local team, working with the Regional Management team to ensure proper site maintenance regularly occurs, ensure local team is compliant with training requirements, and identify new team members. This role comes with the intrinsic opportunity to significantly affect the success of Raindrop Car Wash.

Role Responsibilities

1. Maintain a rolling two-week schedule for site coverage.

2. Maintain compliance with employee training objectives in coordination with Regional Management team.

3. Report site inventory and chemical needs daily to Regional Operations Manager.

4. Optimize labor needs for current business and weather demands.

5. Identify new team members and attend interviews with the Regional Operations Manager.

6. Ensure team members remain active completing assigned tasks or undergoing additional training when not washing a vehicle.

7. Facilitate the customer service interactions and incident resolutions.

8. Continually develop local team to be capable of performing all necessary tasks when on duty.

Required Skills/Abilities

1. Ability to lead a team of 5-10 people.

2. Experience developing staff to be able to perform required role duties.

3. Excellent verbal/leadership skills.

4. Self-starter personality and strong work ethic.

5. Customer service experience and ability to handle disgruntled customers.

6. Ability to remain physically active and work in a variety of weather conditions.

7. Ability to lift a minimum of 35+ pounds.

Education/Experience

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.

2. 2 years of people management experience required; 5+ years preferred.

3. Car washing experience preferred but not required/essential.

Job Type

This position is a Full-Time and EXEMPT/SALARIED.

  • Evening Hours
  • 40 Hours / Week

Salary Information

Pay: $35,000-$55,000 (based on level of experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
