Job Summary: The Army SERE program Program Manager (PM) oversees the overall execution of Contractor efforts in support of the US Army SERE School. This position is contingent on the award of a government contract.

Responsibilities:

• Manages, supervises, and ensures successful performance of the US Army SERE School program activities.
• Meet with US Army SERE School leadership to review/communicate all program activities.
• Maintains the authority to act on behalf of the Contractor regarding all contract performance.
• Manages, supervises, and ensures successful contract performance
• Manages all program support and services are provided in an orderly, timely, and efficient manner
• Maintains the authority to act on behalf of the Contractor regarding all contract performance
• Acknowledges all Discrepancies and valid complaints within 24 hours
• Resolves all Discrepancies and valid complaints within 48 hours
• Is available by phone during all times course instruction is being performed
• Coordinates with the SERE Human Factors section to schedule psychological examinations
• Submits all travel requests to the Contracting Office Representative and the Contracting Officer

Required Skills and Experience:

• US Citizen
• DoD SECRET clearance
• Graduate of a DoD full spectrum SERE - C course including Wartime, Peacetime Governmental Detention (PDG) and Hostage Detention (HD) training. Training may be from a singular course or multiple courses as long as training in all skillsets has been completed.
• Complete government provided psychological evaluation and be "fit" to perform duties in support of this contract ** this is a government rendered determination **
• Five (5) or more years of documented and verifiable [successful] Program Management experience in a DoD SERE-related program

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Previous teaching/instructor experience in a DoD SERE-related program
• Previous management experience specific to the US Army SERE School
• Prior military service in Army Aviation or a SOF occupational specialty

Required Background Check: Secret Clearance; comprehensive employment background screening.
