Job Summary
Front desk position for vacation rental business. Answer a multi-line phone system, make reservations, register arriving guests, and provide exceptional customer service to guests and owners.
Essential Job Functions
- Accurately quote and book reservations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Clearly communicate with supervisor and other departments
- Cash handling and credit card processing
- Work with other companies to arrange activities in the area
Requirements
- Knowledgeable understanding of MS Office and Internet Explorer
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently
- Come to work as scheduled
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to work in a multi-task environment
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Mt. Hood Area is a plus
- Able to be outdoors in a variety of extreme weather conditions as needed
- Ability deal with high volumes of people in friendly, courteous manner.
- Must be able to work Holidays and Weekend which may include evenings.
- Adhere to the uniform and personal hygiene policies of Mt. Hood Management, LLC.
- Assisting with other departments as needed
- Ability to travel short distances
