When you’ll work…
We are currently hiring experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. Role will be predominantly during 1st shift hours and will include managing staff off-shift as well as weekend availability.
What you’ll do…
Support Palermo’s operations by planning and organizing flow of materials and productions throughout our plant and warehouse.

Motivate and encourage our warehouse team members to ensure productivity targets are met and exceeded.

Oversee the maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment in the warehouse.
Why you’ll be successful…
Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people guidelines.

Utilizing knowledge from your 7+ years’ experience with warehouse best practices to facilitate seamless production functionality and support delivery on daily production goals.

Organized and methodical approach to problem solving and increasing efficiencies – demonstrated by using Continuous Improvement principles and Root Cause Analysis.

Dedicated servant leader with a strong interest in leading, motivating, and developing their team.

Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
