Primary Location: Club GA - Otsego, MN
The Wellness Assistant I will support Club GA members in successfully completing their exercise programs in the wellness center and pool area safely. They will promote and encourage improved health for residents, staff and community seniors. Guidance is provided by Club GA-Otsego Wellness Coordinator and/or the Director of Wellness.
Supports and implements all safety practices. Uphold and follow facility HIPAA privacy and security policies and procedures. Follow all Guardian Angels policies and procedures. Uphold the mission and values of Guardian Angels.

Schedule:
- Every Other Saturday, 8AM - 11AM
Job Duties:
- Front desk coverage. Assist with the supervision of participant safety and all activities in Club GA.
- Work one on one with members daily to ensure they have a pleasant experience in Club GA, attentively and promptly responding to their needs.
- Be involved and interact with community members, tenants, families, visitors, staff, potential referral sources, community groups, etc.
- Deliver the highest quality of customer service to all members, family and guests.
- Maintain daily attendance log and effectively manage member information via member management and other software as deemed appropriate.
- Fulfill minor cleaning duties to maintain appearance and safety of Club GA and its members.
- Help oversee, schedule and train Club GA volunteers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
- Self-motivated, ability to prioritize.
- Strong communication skills and customer service skills required.
