Business Development Leader Position Payment Structure: (1099 Contractor/100% Commission Based Position)

AGC Consulting Group: (Staffing Service Payment Structure)

1. Hourly Rate Contract (Temp): You will be compensated, 20% from every hourly rate position you place. Compensation will be paid either bi-weekly or monthly (Net 15 or Net 30), based on the contractual agreement that is negotiated in your contract with the client.

2. Direct Hire/Permanent Salary Position: You will be compensated 30% on every full time position you place. We define a full-time position as an, 12-month contract with the company. Compensation will be paid either bi-weekly or monthly (Net 15 or Net 30), based on the contractual agreement that is negotiated in your contract with the client.

Additional qualities of successful BDL Contractors include:

  • Sales and working within the staffing industry.
  • Must be ambitious and results oriented
  • Ability to network, cold call, and close a minimum of 2 clients per month
  • All Sales Contractors are 1099 independent contractors.
  • Constantly learning and developing new sales techniques and strategies as you build your pipeline
  • Positioning yourself to understand the marketing needs of our prospects and clients.
  • A passion to hunt for new business (Cold Call)
  • Proficiency in business productivity tools (Microsoft) - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Cold Calling (how else will anyone know who you are?) This position allows you to work at HOME.
  • Experience managing customers and projects in a Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool is a plus. Our company uses Nutshell as our CRM.
