• Ability to create a genuine moment of connection with our customers - making a difference in their day by discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Eager to learn -You will be asked to prepare beverages from our constantly evolving menu to standard recipes as well as customize them for customers.
• Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Positive attitude when working with fellow employees and serving customers
• Willingness to get the job done and helping your team in a dynamic retail environment.

What Will You Do?

· Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service at our Yuba City/Marysville location

· Aid in maintaining a clean, customer friendly environment in the store

· Handle and manage rapid cash flow and be 100% accountable for company assets and property.

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.

· Well groomed appearance

· Ability to work in various temperature like coolers and outside temperatures

· Ability to validate a bill and an ID

Physical Requirements

This position requires constant standing and walking with occasional stooping, reaching, kneeling and crouching/ squatting. Frequent or occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of up to 60 pounds is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
