POSITION SUMMARY

The Commercial Banking Assistant is responsible for assisting Commercial Banking Officers in all aspects of the banks business development and loan servicing efforts. The position plays an important role in customer relationship management, loan origination processes, credit risk management and compliance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work in a positive and collaborative environment where multi-tasking, attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Previous banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, preferred but not required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Preparation of loan requests in accordance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Executing daily loan transactions.
• Direct customer support and other general administrative duties.
