Construction Project Manager, Northwest Arkansas Job at Norris Services & Construction
Description:
The Project Manager will coordinate and accomplish the necessary project tasks and requirements. Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the schedule while keeping within budget.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner
- Ensure project adheres to a set schedule and is meeting the goals
- Track and report project status updates to management.
- Assist with proposals and presentations, project reviews, safety standards & compliance, etc.
- Coordinate between internal team, clients and support staff as needed
- Responsible for document control, as well as maintaining project budgets and financial reporting
- Additional duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and the ability to receive direction and coaching
- Self-starter who works well independently
- MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
· 3-5 years experience
