Due to continued growth, Etna Supply, Michigan’s leading plumbing and waterworks wholesale distributor, has an exciting opportunity for a person who has both mechanical sales and prior management experience to oversee our Mechanical (PVF) Division.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the philosophy of buyer-centric selling, coaching, and team building. They will excel at understanding business financials and analytics to grow sales while maximizing gross profit of the Mechanical (PVF) Division. This person will oversee 6 to 8 account managers. Reporting to the Line of Business Director, this person will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Meet or exceed the expectations of our customers by providing a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Line of Business Director on advancement of sales for the Mechanical (PVF) Division.
  • Oversee the operations of the Mechanical (PVF) Division.
  • Supervise the Account Management team for the Mechanical (PVF) Division.
  • Analyze and report data to formulate policy and promote sales.
  • Review market analysis to develop sales strategies to achieve goals.
  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product.
  • Act as liaison between the Mechanical (PVF) Division and other company departments.
  • Build relationships with customer and vendor partners.
  • Analyze and control expenditures of the Mechanical (PVF) division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful launch of company initiatives.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities of the competition.
  • Keep up-to-date on sales-related trends, best practices, products, and information.
  • Special projects.
