Instructor Job Description
❖ Instructors can provide both classroom and/or in-vehicle training
❖ Instructors will facilitate an interactive learning experience through group activity, discussion, and lecture in the classroom
❖ Provide ongoing feedback to both students and parents as the students improve their driving skills
❖ All Star’s proprietary curriculum, materials and lesson plans are all provided

Employee Type
❖ Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
❖ Flexible scheduling including weeknights and weekends
❖ Starting pay range is $18.00-$22.00/hour depending on credentials and experience
❖ Bonus after working 30 days!

Job Requirements
❖ Candidates must have a safe driving record and pass a background check and drug screen
❖ Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills
❖ Successful completion of *Instructor Preparation Program (IPP)*

* What is the Instructor Preparation Program (IPP)?*
This program teaches you to become a state certified driver education instructor in less than 4 months. Our Instructor Preparation Program course consists of four easy to handle modules;

501 – 2/28, 3/1, 4, 7, 8, 11, 14, 15, 18

502 – 3/21, 22, 25, 28, 29, 4/1, 4, 5, 8

503 – 4/11, 12, 15, 18, 19, 22, 25, 26, 29

504: 5/2 5-7pm

Week Days – 5:00pm-9:00pm

Weekend Days – 8:30am – 3:30pm

Classes will be held at Sutton’s Bay Elementary School – Room 11!
