Bring your executive administrative and organizational skills to HEPACO’s C-suite where you will provide primary support for HEPACO’S CEO and secondary support for the CHRO, CFO, COO, CCO. You’ll also work closely with business leaders across the company consisting of 40 branch operations and associated teams. We’re a highly committed team of professionals and you’ll be a key contributor using organization and communication skills to ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Position supports: CEO and Executive Leadership Team

  • Executive calendar management for CEO and executive leadership team as needed for meetings, conference room management, meeting logistics, agendas, PowerPoint decks, meeting notes, etc.
  • All travel planning, primarily domestic, to include air, hotel, car, and meals
  • Email communication screening and prioritizing
  • Office management for the corporate HQ to include mail processing, notary services, security badges.
  • Preparing PowerPoint, Excel worksheets, and other work documents.
  • Administering the company’s procurement of new and replacement credit cards

Skills:

  • High school diploma
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally
  • Available periodically outside of normal business hours
  • 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.

  • Associate's or other degree preferred
